3. Payments

  • Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms in proposals or invoices.

  • 50% of the total payment is required before starting the work, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project.

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

4. Refund Policy

  • The advance payment (50%) made before starting the project is non-refundable, as it covers initial project setup, planning, and resource allocation.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, no refund will be issued for the completed work.

  • In exceptional cases (such as double payments or billing errors), refunds may be processed after review.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be made through the original mode of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, project details, and necessary materials (such as content, logos, or access credentials) on time.

  • Delays in providing inputs may extend delivery timelines.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all materials shared with us.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless agreed otherwise, all content, designs, campaigns, or materials created by Yug Media remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, rights may transfer to the client (excluding third-party tools, software, or licensed items).

  • Clients may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary work without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Yug Media is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

    • Issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, hosting providers, etc.).

    • Results outside our control (such as algorithm changes or unforeseen technical issues).

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

  • Our services may use third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, hosting, analytics, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any changes, errors, or downtime on those platforms.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Yug Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
